Yes. Jungler updates each signal every 24 hours. When new posts are found, engagement is captured immediately.

Engagement is refreshed on this cadence: immediately when the post is first captured, after 24 hours, after 72 hours, and after 7 days.

Posts that are already older than one week when first pulled in receive a single refresh only, since engagement typically stabilizes by then.

Workbooks let you extract engagement (likers, commenters) from specific LinkedIn posts using post URLs. Workbooks are designed for one-off engagement extraction, unlike signals which update every 24 hours.

Can I track LinkedIn impressions, profile viewers, or Ads?

Impressions and profile views are private LinkedIn data and cannot be tracked. However, if an ad is a sponsored post, you can extract its engagement (likers, commenters) via Workbooks using the post URL.

Can I filter engagers by ICP before they're captured?

You can only filter by ICP after all engagers are captured, not before. The engagers are not exposed in a way that lets us know who matches your ICP upfront — we only learn that once each profile has been pulled and enriched. So every engager on a monitored post consumes credits, including the ones that get filtered out.

What consumes credits?

Each captured and enriched engager (comment or reaction) uses 1 credit. Each captured and enriched post also uses 1 credit. This includes full company and profile enrichment. For example, a post with 10 likes will cost 11 credits (10 for the engagers, 1 for the post itself).

Exporting data, sending data to integrations (Clay, webhooks, Slack, Google Sheets), and viewing already-collected data are all free and do not consume credits.

Why were all my credits consumed right after setup?

When you set up profile engagement monitoring, it automatically pulls in posts from the past 31 days along with all their engagement in one go. This means you get the entire month's worth of posts and engagers upfront, which can consume a significant number of credits initially. Going forward, daily consumption is much lower as it only captures new engagement.

There is no direct native integration with HubSpot or Salesforce yet. However, you can use webhooks to push data to these platforms via tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n, or build a custom integration using the Jungler API.
